IDEKO
IDEKO’s Ultra-Precision Machine Tools and Processes Laboratory (Elgoibar) is an infrastructure spanning more than 400 m², designed for the evaluation and validation of machine tools, axes, spindles, and ultra-precision machining processes under controlled conditions.
The laboratory features thermal and environmental control, as well as vibration isolation, enabling repeatable and traceable testing of geometric accuracy, thermal stability, and dynamic performance.
It serves as a foundation for the internal verification of IDEKO’s developments and as a resource for industry, providing metrology and measurement services for high-precision components, as well as measurement plans aimed at improving accuracy and process robustness in sectors such as machine tools, capital goods, automotive, and aerospace.
