A semi-industrial facility for forming metallic components through cold and hot stamping/forging processes.
The facility enables process validation and the production of near-net-shape prototypes using rotary forging. It also collects high-frequency process data to support process control and predictive maintenance.
The infrastructure is integrated with Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation and thermomechanical characterization capabilities.
