A 6-axis laser micro-drilling machine designed for processing large workpieces measuring up to 5,000 × 2,000 × 0.2 mm, with a drilling frequency of up to 300 holes per second.
The machine can also perform other laser processes, including cutting, marking, texturing and engraving of metals (steel, titanium, nickel, aluminium, etc.) and certain ceramics.
The system incorporates several measurement stations for real-time process monitoring, including hole positioning and working height, as well as quality control measurements covering hole spacing, diameter, circularity, area and blocked-hole detection.
