Description

NEIKER’s Experimental Dairy Sheep Flock strengthens its capabilities in livestock production, primarily in the areas of nutrition, reproduction, and genetics. It is designed to support projects and their validation in the agri-food sector.

The facility is equipped with a mechanized milking system, digital milk production readers, and automatic teat-cup removal.

It enables feeding and animal welfare trials, genetic and animal health improvement, and the validation of milking and livestock management technologies. Its services cover the entire process, from trial planning and data collection to results analysis.
