Through crack growth simulation and analytical calculations based on fracture mechanics, CrackLive facilitates predictive maintenance decisions without the need for destructive testing.
This technology is especially aimed at sectors where structural integrity is critical, such as aerospace, energy (offshore and hydrogen), oil & gas, nuclear, steel, and automotive. CrackLive enables design optimization, inspection planning, cost reduction, and improved industrial safety, offering a flexible, customizable solution compatible with other monitoring systems.
Problem solved
Components can develop internal cracks that, if not detected and properly managed, may lead to severe structural failures, unplanned shutdowns, or accidents. Traditionally, estimating the remaining life of these components required destructive testing or complex calculations.
