Equipped to carry out clinical and molecular studies linking diet and health, supporting research into personalised nutrition, the gut microbiota and markers of digestive health. It collaborates with CIC bioGUNE on the development of low-field NMR applications for metabolomics applied to nutrition.
Prepared to work with potentially infectious human samples (saliva, blood, faeces).
