Description

CRANEBOT® is a unique infrastructure based on cable-driven parallel robotics (CDPR), designed for the handling, assembly and precise positioning of large components in complex industrial environments.

Unlike traditional robotic systems, CRANEBOT offers a flexible, lightweight and highly reconfigurable alternative that does not occupy floor space and can operate indoors, outdoors, and even in marine or confined environments.

The system enables highly precise control of both the position and rotation of loads, operating with up to six degrees of freedom.

Equipment

  • CRANEBOT® system (Cable-Driven Parallel Robot) with 6 degrees of freedom
  • Modular structure allowing installation in multiple configurations, including columns, beams and self-supporting systems
  • Drive motors and redirection pulley systems with tension control
  • Interfaces for grippers, tools and integrated robotic arms
  • Advanced positioning and rotation controller with user interface
  • Safety instrumentation and precision sensors
  • Compatible with indoor, outdoor and confined environments
  • CE-certified system
Services
  • Precise handling of large components in manufacturing, assembly and logistics operations
  • Automation of operations traditionally requiring overhead cranes and manual operators
  • Reduction of musculoskeletal injury risks and workplace accidents
  • Technological feasibility studies with customers for customized applications
  • Replacement of manual or unsafe handling operations in heavy industrial sectors
  • Integration of robotic arms onto CRANEBOT as a mobile platform
  • Technical training, industrial technology transfer and turnkey system supply through an industrial integration partner
  • Advanced positioning in spaces where other robotic systems cannot operate
