High-throughput infrastructure for the multiparametric characterization of cell populations and micrometric materials in suspension.

Its key differentiating feature is the simultaneous detection of up to 10 physical and fluorescence parameters, processing up to 1,000 events per second automatically. 

It is a versatile tool for immunology and microbiology research and for the biological validation of medical materials, enabling cell subpopulations to be classified with statistical precision.

Equipment

• Flow cytometer (FCM): MACSQuant Analyzer 10 (Miltenyi Biotec)

• Immunophenotyping and cell characterization: Identification and quantification of cellular biomarkers and subpopulations, and detection of fluorescent proteins.
• Cell function assays: Analysis of viability, cell cycle, proliferation, and apoptosis in large cell populations.
• Micromaterial analysis: Assessment of the physicochemical properties and size of micrometre-scale particles and nanosystems in suspension.
