TECNALIA's Automated Composites Manufacturing Pilot Plant provides capabilities for designing, integrating and validating robotics and automation solutions within the manufacturing sector.

The facility incorporates key equipment, including an autoclave, a press with an infrared (IR) oven, and a hot-forming table.

Its services include the development and validation of automated manufacturing processes, prototype and pre-series production, and the implementation of lightweighting and functionalization strategies.

The facility aims to accelerate technological development and facilitate technology transfer to industrial environments through pilot projects, comparative testing and expert technical support.
