Description

TEKNIKER’s collaborative robotic cell is equipped with a UR10 robot mounted on a 4.4-metre linear track. It can be combined with a linear conveyor belt and a 3D machine vision system mounted on a 3.3-metre linear track.

The system enables the simulation and validation of handling, logistics, inspection and assembly processes, offering a high degree of configuration flexibility.

Its modular design allows adaptation to different industrial scenarios without perimeter safety fencing. It is particularly suited to applications requiring robot mobility and coverage of large working areas.

Equipment

  • UR10 collaborative robot with 6 degrees of freedom (6 DoF) and a 10 kg payload, mounted on a 4.4-metre linear track
  • Bidirectional linear conveyor belt (1.4 metres)
  • 3D machine vision system (Photoneo PhoXi M 3D / Zivid / Mech-Mind) mounted on a 3.3-metre linear track
  • Interchangeable grippers or customised gripper designs
Services
  • Proof-of-concept development for robotic handling, logistics and inspection systems using mobile robots
  • Technical feasibility studies for collaborative automation with extended operating range
