Polymat - Basque Center for Macromolecular Design and Engineering

POLYMAT is a research center specializing in polymer science and technology.

Based in Donostia/San Sebastián, it is a Foundation promoted by the University of the Basque Country (EHU) and the Ikerbasque Foundation and also integrated by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa.

Our international team, made up of more than 200 researchers from 36 countries , develops projects of scientific excellence in collaboration with companies, universities and public institutions.
POLYMAT’s objective is to generate cutting-edge knowledge in polymer science that drives innovation and improves quality of life, contributing to a more sustainable future.
