TEKNIKER’s pilot factory consists of four independent industrial robotic cells equipped with perimeter safety fencing. It is designed for the validation and demonstration of industrial automation solutions at a representative scale.
The cells are fully configurable and allow the feasibility of automation processes to be assessed before implementation in an industrial production facility. Applications range from bin picking and palletising to automated quality inspection and assembly operations.
The wide range of payload capacities (8–210 kg) accommodates applications ranging from the handling of small parts to large components.
