A testing facility dedicated to the functional characterisation, performance evaluation and durability analysis of mechanical transmissions, including gear reducers and gear multipliers.
The centre is equipped with a test bench offering a power capacity of up to 30 kW, speeds of up to 5,000 rpm and maximum torque of 700 Nm. This enables testing under controlled conditions representative of actual operating environments.
The facility supports the investigation of transmission efficiency, stiffness, backlash and transmission errors, as well as the analysis of dynamic behaviour under different load and speed conditions.
It also features instrumentation for acquiring variables such as torque, speed, temperature and vibration, together with monitoring systems for tracking lubricant degradation and particle generation.

- Test bench with a capacity of up to 30 kW and 5,000 rpm, nominal torque of 110 Nm (drive) and 240 Nm (load), and maximum torque of up to 700 Nm
- Torque sensors on the input and output shafts (5, 50, 500 and 2,000 Nm)
