Equipment of reference

• Field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) equipped with X-ray energy dispersive (EDS), X-ray wavelength scattering (WDS) and back-scattered electron diffraction (EBSD) detectors.
• Scanning electron microscope (SEM), with controlled and ambient pressure mode, equipped with an X-ray dispersive energy micro-spectrometer.
• Optical microscopes equipped with image analysis system.​
• Equipment for metallographic preparation (precision cutters, polishers, pasting machines, electrolytic etching, etc.).
• Stereoscopic magnifying glass.
• Magnetic induction ferritometer.
• X-ray fluorescence thickness measurement equipment.
