Descripción

An automated procedure developed by TEKNIKER for the periodic monitoring of machine tool condition through a standardised test performed under controlled conditions.

It generates a machine fingerprint — a condition profile of critical components such as the spindle, axes, and machine structure — enabling performance deviations to be detected and maintenance to be planned before defects appear in manufactured parts.
