R2R pilot line for nano and micro-structuring of flexible substrates

TEKNIKER infrastructure consisting of two Roll-to-Roll (R2R) pilot lines for the continuous nano- and micro-structuring of flexible substrates through replication onto thermoplastics and photocurable resins.

The infrastructure enables the transfer of nanoscale and microscale structures from masters or structured rollers onto flexible films in a continuous and scalable process. This produces surfaces with optical, surface, mechanical or biological functionalities defined by the structure design.
