Access to the Quality and Innovation Unit involves meeting the requirements set forth in the Protocol for access to SGIker and the services it provides.
It is of strategic importance for every Unit and Service to generate confidence in its results. This confidence can only be achieved through standarised protocols, procedures and systems open to outside assessment in order to certify the appropriateness of quality systems and the accuracy of results and data transferred.The Quality and Innovation Unit therefore focuses its efforts on implementing, maintaining and constantly improving a Quality Management System based on international standards. The excellence, accuracy and reliability of the results provided to our internal and external users has to be the quality standard for the Advanced Research Facilities (SGIker) of the University of the Basque Country. From the point of view of research activities and the needs of the different research groups, technology centres and companies, the quality of the services provided is the cornerstone of the research and productive capacity of these organisations, and therefore of SGIker.
The aim of the Quality and Innovation Unit is to create and innovate in the area of tools to assist in the conduct of research and management activities in the field covered by its services.
