A group of laboratories dedicated to developing more efficient and sustainable processes based on the circular economy concept, with a focus on impact assessment and improving sustainability in industrial and food processes. It brings together expertise in food biotechnology, production eco-efficiency and the development of new sources of protein and bioproducts, offering support ranging from applied research to pre-industrial-scale validation. It complements the Pilot Plant in terms of sustainability and the circular economy in food processes.
