TEKNIKER's micro-nano metrology laboratory is dedicated to the dimensional and surface characterisation of components and materials at the micrometre and nanometre scales.

It integrates complementary techniques—including 3D confocal profilometry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ellipsometry, surface roughness measurement and digital image correlation—to characterise topography, roughness, microstructure, optical properties and surface stresses with the precision required for micro- and nanomanufacturing, coatings and functional surfaces.
