BIOLOGIC - 6 X BIOLOGIC VMP364 normal channels28 EIS channels5 low I channels3 high I channelsMultichannel potentiostats (with PITT protocol) / galvanostats (with GITT protocol) with low current options, amplifiers and impedance measurement. The system are composed by an integrated sine wave generator and frequency response analyzer built onto the plug-in potentiostat module. These equipments allow working with the following techniques:Scaning Electron Microscopes:
- SEM (3.5 nm)
- SEM-LV ( 3.5 nm)
- FEG-SEM (30 kV:1.2 nm)
- FEG-SEM (15 kV: 1.0 nm: 1.9 nm)
Focused Ion Beam/ Dual Beam:
- FIB/FEG-SEM ( 5 nm/1.2 nm)
Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope:
- STEM 200 kV (0.23 nm)
