TEKNIKER benchtop microfluidic platform for the automated electrochemical detection of biomarkers in biological samples, developed under its own patent (PCT/EP2016/050847).

The system automatically loads and processes fluids and samples according to a user-defined protocol. It forms an immunocomplex using magnetic particles and labelled antibodies, and detects the biomarker of interest through an electrochemical signal.

The platform is designed for Point-of-Care (PoC) diagnostic applications and the development of new immunoassays.
