TECNALIA's Laboratory Magnetic Levitation Furnace provides advanced capabilities in metallurgical processes within the field of manufacturing.
The facility integrates an induction melting furnace with electromagnetic levitation and a water-cooled copper mould. It enables high-purity casting and alloy development, including the production of amorphous alloys.
The infrastructure is designed to support R&D projects and technology validation, covering the entire process from material and process development to evaluation and technology transfer.
