This mobile laboratory is designed to perform on-site electrical diagnostic testing of large rotating machines, such as generators and motors, as well as power transformers.
Thanks to its transportable configuration, it can deliver predictive maintenance services directly at industrial plants, electrical substations, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, and combined-cycle power plants, without requiring equipment dismantling.
Its primary objective is to diagnose the condition of electrical insulation and other critical operating parameters, helping organizations plan preventive maintenance, avoid unexpected failures, and extend the service life of strategic assets.
Advanced techniques include partial discharge analysis, dissipation factor (tan delta) measurements, Frequency Response Analysis (FRA), and Frequency Domain Spectroscopy (FDS).
With more than 25 years of experience, the laboratory provides specialized technical services to utilities, engineering firms, and large industrial energy consumers.
