Descripción

A comprehensive suite for mechanical, electrical, and electronic design, as well as multiphysics simulation (thermo-mechanical analysis, fluid dynamics, impact analysis, etc.). It also supports process simulation for forging, forming, composites, casting, and machining.

The center integrates automation and control tools with computational engineering and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable virtual prototyping, early-stage verification, and the optimization of processes and products.

Equipment and software

  • Design and engineering: Altium, AutoCAD, CATIA, ELCAD, Creo, Solid Edge, SolidWorks.
  • Manufacturing process simulation: Forge, PAM-Stamp, PAM-Composites, ProCAST.
  • Engineering simulation and analysis: Abaqus, Ansys, LS-DYNA, MSC, NX, OROS.
  • Automation and control: dSPACE, MATLAB, NI-LabVIEW, Siemens PLC.
  • Machine vision and product lifecycle management: HALCON, Windchill.
Servicios
  • Design and simulation of components, systems, and processes.
  • Finite element method (FEM) analysis.
  • Support for automation, control, and asset maintenance.
