Description

Technical description of the instrumentation • Multiphoton scanning microscope: Leica SP5, Spectra-Physics Mai-Tai (pulsed Ti:sapphire laser tunable from 690 to 1040nm) • Incubator and chamber for living cell imaging during extended periods • High quantum efficiency GaAsP hybrid detectors and APDs for sensitive detection • TCSPC card: Becker & Hickl SPC 830 (FLIM, FCS and FCCS) • Analysis software: Imaris and Huygens. In-house developed analysis software • Storage and management of large volume of images: OMERO
