The platform collects the multimodal out-coming images arising from the Molecular Imaging Unit (MRI, PET, SPECT, CT, Optical Imaging) for their analysis and post-processing, and ensures their proper and save storing and retrieval methodologies.
The technological resources of the platform are:
• HP ZR420, 3.6 GHz, 16GB RAM
• HP ZR400, 3.06 GHz, 6GB RAM
• Macintosh Pro, 3.0 GHz, 8GB RAM
The available software resources for image analysis and processing are:
• PMOD for image quantification
• Matlab for image modelling
• SPM for parametric imaging
• IDL for image modelling
• FSL, AFNI, Photoshop, OsiriX, Mathcad and Power and Precision.
